DESTINY 2 REVEAL

 

To launch the highly anticipated sequel to Destiny, we created a teaser film, and then dropped the official reveal trailer two days later.

Results: The launch hype resulted in more than 1 million concurrent players online for over a week, and it became the best-selling console game in the U.S. for the year 2017 within its first month. The Activision segment saw a 101% year-on-year revenue increase (a $382 million boost), driven primarily by the Destiny 2 launch.
